Documentation Required
For Salaried Individuals:
- Duly filled application form with recent photographs.
- PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and valid address proof.
- Latest 3 months’ salary slips and 6 months’ bank statements.
- Form 16 or last 2 years’ Income Tax Returns.
- Property ownership documents (registered sale deed/title deed, tax receipts, etc.).
For Self-Employed / Business
- PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and business registration proof.
- Last 2–3 years’ ITR with audited financial statements.
- 6 months’ current account bank statements.
- Proof of business existence (GST certificate, registration, etc.).
- Complete set of property documents with approved plan and ownership proof.
For Firms / Companies:
- Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership Deed.
- KYC documents of firm and partners/directors.
- Board Resolution for loan application processing.
- Audited balance sheets and profit & loss statements for the last 2–3 years.
